Culturgest is one of the reference sites for cinema in Lisbon. It hosts the main section of the LAFF (Contemporary Arabic Cinema) and several parallel events.

Since 2025, LAFF also takes place at Cinemateca Portuguesa where a selection of films that marked the history of Arab cinema are shown.
